KidAbilities was a very busy private practice that operated for over 20 years, was recently sold, and therefore ceased operations. Linda was instrumental in ensuring smooth operations up until the time KidAbilities closed its doors. She executed her routine tasks (invoicing, billing, creating PDFs, word documents, creating and managing Excel spreadsheets) with skill and pitched in when something new was required (procedure manuals, contract preparation, mailing lists) with efficiency and competence. In order to accomplish this, she mastered two different billing systems, one for Early Intervention through NYS the other through Westchester County for Preschool services. In addition, Linda was one of a few individuals who was proficient with our custom created database.  Linda managed all the billing while assisting with the regulatory compliance for all necessary documentation for all cases (i.e. prescriptions, IEPs, IFSPs, prior authorizations etc.) as well as assisting with the overall office functioning. Regardless of the administrative task, including writing letters or following up via phone and / or email, Linda was able to perform skillfully, independently, and reliably.

Linda is a mature individual who works well with everyone. She is competent in her skills, willing to go above and beyond, typically anticipating issues that may arise, thereby avoiding difficulties. Most importantly Linda is a trustworthy person of the highest integrity who can be trusted. This is critical when confidential matters require administrative access.
